KIDBOX isn’t a typical subscription service. Our prices are fully transparent, with no add-ons, fees, or obligatory automated charges of any kind.
If you’re opted-in to receive a box every season, we’ll send you a notification prior to shipment of each box to ask if you’re ready. If you choose to skip — you won't receive(or be charged for) that season's box.
If you do not skip or we don’t hear from you, we’ll automatically ship it out. f the box doesn't work out, you can return it without being charged! You'll always have seven days to decide what you'd like to keep, return, or exchange once the box is delivered.
In some cases, we'll specifically ask you to confirm that you'd like to receive a box. For instance, we may ask for additional information if there was an issue for your billing or shipping address, payment, or even if we notice that your child's size hasn't been updated in a while.
