If we can't charge the payment method entered, you’ll receive an email notification asking you to update your billing information if needed.
You can always add a new card in the My Account section. If we are unable to charge the card on file, no further boxes will be shipped.
If we don't hear from you or your card information is not updated, we may re-attempt to charge your card or other payment method at various intervals as long as the membership is active.
