Yep! If we can't charge the payment method entered, we'll send you an email notifying you and ask you to update your billing information if needed. You can always add a new card in the My Account section.
If we don't hear from you or your card information is not updated, we may re-attempt to charge your card or other payment method at various intervals (and/or at varied amounts) until the amount owed is collected in full.
Please note that we cannot ship you additional boxes if you have an unpaid charge on your account.
