KIDBOX isn’t a typical subscription service. Our prices are fully transparent, with no add-ons, fees, or obligatory automated charges of any kind.
When we’re ready to ship your seasonal box, we’ll send you a message and ask if you’re ready to receive it. If you choose to skip — you won't receive (or be charged for) that season's box. If you do not skip, we’ll automatically ship it out.
In some cases we'll specifically ask you to confirm that you'd like to receive a box. For instance, we may ask for additional information if there was an issue for your address, a payment issue, or even if we notice that your child's size hasn't been updated in a while.
And remember, you'll never be charged for anything unless you decide to keep some or all of your kid’s style selections.
