1. Take our Style Quiz.
Tell us your child’s size, style, likes, dislikes, do’s and don’ts. We designed the quiz to be fast and finished in less than 3 minutes. If you have any extra notes you want our stylists to be aware of, you can e-mail our head stylist at firstname.lastname@example.org and our styling team will do their best to accommodate!
2. Place your order and hang tight.
Happiness is on the way. Upon signing up, you’ll receive your first box within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.
We’ll let you know when your package is near, you’ll get an e-mail with tracking as soon as it ships out. Your box will be addressed to your child, but you can Unpack Happiness together on delivery day!
3. Try on everything at home.
Skip the dressing room drama. Make sure it looks and feels great. Keep what you like and return the rest within 7 days. Just make sure to login to your account before your seven day trial ends and let us know what you would like to keep, return, or exchange. If you do not fill out your online return form by the end of your trial, we’ll assume you are keeping the full box and your card will be charged $98 for a KIDBOX or $68 for a Baby box.
4. We make the donation. You choose the organization.
For every KIDBOX purchased, a new outfit is delivered to a child in need. This is where you come in to help us in our mission to clothe one million children. You and your kiddo can make an impact together by choosing which organization to help. Once you select, we donate new clothes via that organization.
5. Tell us how we did.
We love hearing from you with feedback on both your style selections and your KIDBOX experience. The more we know, the better your KIDBOX gets.
6. I got my first box. When do I get the next one?
We send our boxes seasonally, so you’ll get five boxes a year (Spring, Summer, Back to School, Fall, and Winter). We’ll email you a few weeks prior to shipment so you know your new seasonal box is preparing to ship.
